Join us for a hands-on traditional Mexican cooking workshop featuring Chef Sebastian Aliano, founder of Arecales Palmae, visiting from Mexico’s Yucatán Peninsula.
Born in the heart of Mayan land, Arecales is a deeply rooted culinary project created to rescue and rediscover the region’s ancestral foodways. Guided by sustainability, seasonality, and respect for nature, Chef Sebastian brings generations of knowledge to the table—sharing not just recipes, but the meaning and tradition behind them.
