ARRIVAL IN COLOMBIA
Welcome to the lush heart of Colombia! Upon arrival at Pereira Airport, we’ll journey to our peaceful lodge in Filandia, one of the most beautiful towns in the Coffee Triangle. Enjoy a warm welcome lunch surrounded by rolling green hills, then spend the afternoon exploring Filandia’s colorful streets and local artisan shops. This evening, we gather for our first group dinner as the sun sets over the mountains.

HORSEBACK RIDING IN COCORA VALLEY
After breakfast, we set out early for the breathtaking Cocora Valley, home to Colombia’s national tree—the towering wax palm. Ride horseback through misty trails and emerald fields, where hummingbirds flit through the clouds. Later, explore the charming town of Salento, known for its vibrant architecture and bohemian cafés, before returning to the lodge for dinner.

CACAO EXPERIENCE & NATURE WALK
Begin the day with an early nature walk led by a local biologist, where you’ll listen to tropical birdsong and learn about the region’s rich biodiversity. After breakfast, we’ll dive into the world of cacao at Casa Riviera Cacao, discovering the origins of chocolate and savoring its flavors straight from the source. Return to the lodge in the evening for a relaxing dinner.

THERMAL WATERS OF SANTA ROSA DE CABAL
Today we travel to Termales Santa Rosa de Cabal, one of Colombia’s most breathtaking hot springs. Soak in warm, mineral-rich waters as a waterfall cascades down the forested mountainside before you—a scene that feels pulled from a dream. On our return journey, we’ll stop to enjoy authentic local cuisine before heading back to the lodge for a peaceful evening.

PARQUE LOS NEVADOS NATIONAL PARK
An early departure takes us into the rugged beauty of Parque de los Nevados, where the landscape transforms from green valleys to high-altitude desert and volcanic peaks. Stop for breakfast along the way and marvel at the snow-capped summits that define this dramatic ecosystem. After exploring, we’ll visit small Andean towns before returning to our lodge just in time for dinner.

OFFEE CULTURE & FILANDIA
Enjoy a leisurely morning with the option to explore Filandia’s vibrant town square or relax at the lodge. In the afternoon, embark on an immersive coffee tour, where you’ll learn every step of the process—from bean to brew—and understand why Quindío’s coffee is considered among the best in the world. We’ll share a final dinner together, celebrating our time in Colombia’s coffee country.

FAREWELL COLOMBIA
Savor your last Colombian breakfast surrounded by the sounds of nature. After heartfelt goodbyes, transport will take the group back to Pereira Airport for departing flights home—leaving with memories of mountains, mist, and the unmistakable warmth of Colombia.
