ARRIVAL IN CAIRO

Welcome to Egypt! Upon arrival at Cairo International Airport, you’ll be met and transferred to your hotel. Take time to settle in and unwind from your travels. In the evening, we’ll gather for our first group dinner and sample the flavors of authentic Egyptian cuisine—a delicious start to an unforgettable journey.

PYRAMIDS & EGYPTIAN MUSEUM

Morning: Stand in awe before the Giza Pyramids and Sphinx. No photo compares to the feeling of witnessing these 4,500-year-old wonders, aligned with the stars and steeped in mystery.

Afternoon: Visit the Grand Egyptian Museum, home to treasures beyond imagination—the largest museum in the world.

This day leaves you humbled, amazed, and inspired by the enduring genius of ancient Egypt.

FLY TO LUXOR & BOARD THE NILE CRUISE

Morning: Take a short flight to Luxor, the ancient capital of the New Kingdom. Our first stop is the awe-inspiring Karnak Temple, a sprawling complex spanning over 2,000 years of history. Marvel at the massive columns and intricate carvings—a truly unforgettable sight.

Afternoon: Board your Nile cruise ship for a relaxing lunch and enjoy the shifting scenery along the river.

Evening: Visit Luxor Temple, bathed in the golden glow of sunset. Unlike most temples, Luxor celebrates the rejuvenation of kingship, making it a symbolic start to our journey. Return to the cruise for dinner—the first of four magical nights on the Nile.

HOT AIR BALLOON & VALLEY OF THE KINGS

Early Morning: Rise before dawn for a breathtaking hot air balloon ride over the West Bank. Float above the Nile and ancient ruins as the first light of day illuminates the landscape—a rare and unforgettable perspective.

Morning: Explore the Valley of the Kings, the final resting place of powerful pharaohs, including Tutankhamun. Our tour includes access to two exclusive tombs beyond the standard entry.

Afternoon: Visit the striking Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, carved into the cliffs of Deir el-Bahari, a testament to one of history’s most remarkable rulers. Return to the cruise as we sail toward Edfu, enjoying the river views from the rooftop pool and bar.

Evening: Dinner aboard your cruise.

EDFU & KOM OMBO TEMPLES

Morning: Explore the Temple of Horus in Edfu, one of the best-preserved temples in Egypt.

Afternoon: Visit Kom Ombo Temple, uniquely dedicated to two gods—Sobek, the crocodile god, and Horus the Elder. Its dual design is fascinating and rare.

Evening: Arrive in Aswan, a colorful city known for its tranquility and Nile charm. Dinner aboard your cruise.

ABU SIMBEL & NUBIAN VILLAGE

Early Morning: Journey to Abu Simbel, the legendary temple of Ramses II. Carved into a mountainside, its colossal statues are awe-inspiring and showcase the pharaoh’s power and vision.

Afternoon: Return to Aswan for lunch, then board a private boat to visit a Nubian village, where vibrant colors, warm hospitality, and centuries-old traditions come alive. Experience the rhythm of life in this remarkable community.

Evening: Optional visit to Aswan’s local market for spices, scarves, and souvenirs. Dinner on board.

PHILAE TEMPLE & RETURN TO CAIRO

Morning: Visit the enchanting Temple of Philae, dedicated to the goddess Isis and perched on an island in the Nile. Relocated stone by stone after the Aswan High Dam, it’s a place steeped in myth and devotion.

Afternoon: Fly back to Cairo and enjoy an evening at leisure, exploring the city’s vibrant streets or relaxing at your hotel.

Depart Cairo this morning and head west into Egypt’s surreal Western Desert, exploring the dramatic landscapes of the Black Desert and White Desert. Discover striking geological formations shaped by ancient seas, volcanic activity, and millions of years of wind erosion—blackened hills, chalk-white limestone towers, and otherworldly rock sculptures. We’ll stop in the historic Bahariya Oasis, a lush desert settlement sustained by natural springs, before continuing into the White Desert. As night falls, settle into our desert camp, enjoy a traditional dinner, and sleep beneath a sky full of stars.

After sunrise, continue exploring the White Desert with a few final stops among its iconic formations and sweeping desert views. Morning light reveals new textures and colors across this unforgettable landscape. After lunch, we begin our return journey to Cairo in the afternoon, arriving with incredible memories from one of Egypt’s most extraordinary natural regions. We enjoy our final night in Cairo as our epic adventure comes to an end.
