Step 1: reach Out

Message me on WhatsApp or by email and let me know which trip interests you. I will answer your questions and confirm availability.
Most of our groups are kept small, so spaces are limited.
Step 2: Secure your spot
Your space is held once your payment or deposit is received. You have two options:

Pay the full trip price up front.

$500 deposit holds your space and is applied toward your trip price.
Monthly payments begin the following month, choose your own due date.
Final balance is due 60 days before departure
A 5% financing charge applies to payment plans

Zelle, Venmo, or wire transfer (no fees applied).
All major credit cards (a 5% processing fee applies). Paying by card is a great way to earn miles toward your airfare.
Step 3: Send me your details
Once you are booked, I will ask for a copy of your passport and a good email address so I can send two short forms:
Meal preference form: Tell me about any allergies or dietary restrictions so I can plan properly.
Emergency contact form: I have never needed to use one, but I keep one on file for every guest, just in case.
Step 4: Join the group chat
After your payment or deposit is received, I will add you to your trip’s WhatsApp group. This is where I share everything you need before departure:
Packing lists
Expected weather
Flight suggestions
Meet other group members
Sneak peeks and other trip prep
By the time you land, you will already know what to expect and who you are traveling with.
